Once your item has been cleaned using our shot blasting service, we can apply powder coating. Polyester powder is applied to the surface using a high-voltage electrostatic charge. This is then heated and cured, resulting in a smooth and extremely hardwearing finish. Polyester powder coatings are excellent for external use due to its weathering characteristics

Epoxy polyester powder coating is a combination of epoxy and polyester resins which possess superior hardness, and are therefore much more resistant to chips and scratches. They are used on a wide range of internal items.
